carriage house has been totally renovated and beautiful decorated. The
two bedroom guesthouse comfortably accommodates six people, offering
the perfect combination of privacy, quiet luxury, and easy walking
access to our beautiful historic city. This home features two bedrooms,
both with queen beds, sitting area, hardwood floors and a full
bath, generous closet space, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops,
breakfast area, living room with sleep sofa and fireplace. Sit on your
private piazza over while overlooking your own private gardens and
terrace, fringed by flower beds. Comfortable patio furniture provided
for your leisure completes the tranquil setting.
Legare Street is a historic home built in 1890. It is set back from the street behind an ironwork fence in the historic district of downtown Charleston. The property is beautifully landscaped with natural areas, brick patios, young fruit trees, flower beds, and a large garden. Secure, complimentary off-street parking. Rise with the sun and go for a jog along the Battery or relax in your own sunny patio as you enjoy the flowers. Easy walking distance to Gaillard Auditorium and most of the other Spoleto Festival venues, the Visitors Center, the old market, the Library, and Aquarium as well as the Aiken-Rhett house and many other Charleston attractions. |
