The kitchen has been beautifully crafted with marble countertops and cabinetry. The island provides added seating with four breakfast bar stools. The dining area, next to a wall of windows, provides seating for eight, oceanfront.

There is a first floor bedroom with a king-size bed, armoire with a TV and large master bath with a spa tub and two sinks. Additionally, there is a powder room and separate laundry room.

On the second floor, facing the ocean, is the master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, TV, glass doors leading out to a private patio and a master bath with large spa tub, shower and sinks. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, VCR, desk, built-in shelves and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twins beds and private bath. A second stacked washer and dryer are also on this floor.

The third floor offers the fifth bedroom with two double beds and private bath. The sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. For your added pleasure, there is a large bonus room and balcony overlooking the ocean, affording incredible views up and down the coast. Here you'll find additional couches, chairs, fireplace, TV, game table, mini-refrigerator, microwave and second powder room.

Relax outside by the pool, listen to the ocean, and enjoy the company you are with, as you deserve your time in the sun.
