The large kitchen with blond natural finish cabinetry, desk with high-speed hook up, gleaming appliances and fully accessorized will add to the enjoyment of being in the kitchen, even on vacation. Off the great room is the first of many balconies, which in this case overlooks the pool.

Down the hallway is the first master bedroom with a king bed and TV, access to a private balcony and private bath. Also on this floor are a hall half bath and a laundry room. On the second floor up is the second master with king bed, private bath, whirlpool tub and separate shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms offer a queen bed, another queen bed and two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath with shower. The third floor up offers the third master with a king bed with a stunning master bath decorated with marble. Here you'll find another spa tub. Also available is a second high speed Internet connection, small refrigerator and wet bar. The balcony off this master offers a wooded and salt marsh view and even a glimpse of ocean.

On the ground floor is the game room and sliders to the heated pool* and four foot privacy wall. A minute away is the town park with baseball, soccer fields, basketball courts and a fee based town tennis courts.
